Excellent customer care. The staff at the hotel even made sure to have breakfast ready for our family, as we were leaving earlier for the airport. We really felt a personalized approach to our needs. We will be back for sure!

The property is very conveniently located. Lots of shops and transportation options in the area. Even though it’s in a busy area, the rooms were quiet. Staff were nice and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a basic, "does a fine job at a good price" place to stay. No frills anywhere, but really well situated, comfortable bed, decent breakfast.

Best part of the hotel is it is in the heart of the city. You can reach main square of the city by 2 mins of walk. However, it is NOT a proper place for families. There is literally no place to put your luggage inside the room. And also no place to put your clothes. If you will stay more than 2-3 days, it might be a problem.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Tons of dining and shopping options. Great transportation around. Very walkable area and near some great attractions. Now the hotel itself? Not great. My room was never cleaned. Not once did housekeeping show up. The carpets were in terrible condition. Some staff were nice, others not so much. All in all, I wouldn’t stay again.
