Good location. Walls are very thin and I was woken up early each morning with contacts banging. This persisted all morning due to cleaning or nearby rooms. Staff not very friendly. Room tattered in places. No ventilation in bathroom. Hotel is relatively cheap but would not stay there again.

Building Works

Pros: Room layout
Cons: Better isolation of the building works (enviromental)
Location: Near Paddington and ideal for Heathrow
Hotel rooms were of a good quality, but the hotel was undergoing a large renovation of at least half of the hotel. My room was close to the renovations and smelt sort of like 'wet plaster' and it was quite strong, This unfortunately tarnished my stay - however I'm sure once the renovations are complete (and they are extensive) it will be back to being a high quality hotel.

Great location, service and comfort

Great place to stay while in Brussels. We were here for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay. This hotel is very close to Grand Place and Brussels central station. The room was extremely comfortable with good mattress, shower and a balcony. We loved it was very quite any time of the day. Highly recommended!!

Die Unterkunft liegt wenige Hundert Meter von der Central Station entfernt. Ist also auch mit Gepäck problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Die gebuchte Junior Suite war etwas enttäuschend. Hauptkritikpunkt war ein Fenster, das nicht korrekt geschlossen werden konnte. Es wurde ein Reparaturversuch unternommen, der allerdings nur bedingt erfolgreich war. Der Strassenlärm, der so ins Zimmer drang, war beachtlich. Das fleckige, zerrissene Sofa gehört auf den Sperrmüll aber nicht in ein Hotel.
