The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, and the subway station is nearby. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean.

While the location and the property as a whole was amazing, the staff were undertrained and stuggled with tasks like issuing access cards. This was a huge issue when I had a train to carch but forgot something in my room and they couldn't property reissue the key

Had a great stay, It just that our room was not ready past 1 hour our checkin time, we were tired with the travel and had to wait for room to get ready. Staff offered us a drink in the roof top bar but we didn't had time to visit the bar.
