The location is great and it was very clean. Had a difficult time getting the amount of time to get to airport from the staff. Room only had one night table, requested another one but it never came. There are no screens on the windows.

Best location. Less than 3 minutes from the train station and to the main area/attractions in brussels. Very close to others too. The best was location. The hotel is clean and comfortable but slightly dated. The shower in the bathroom was poor - it took long for the hot water and the water didnt mix well. Expected better. Overall a pleasant stay and we are happy we chose it because the location is unbeatable. Close but not loud.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable and the hotel was very conveniently located to the center of the grande place and public transportation. Perfect place to stay and will do so again!
