Burton on Trent Cheap Hotels

"Was visiting a show at the NEC so stayed the night before. Travelled by train and the hotel is just a short walk from the station and well sign posted. You walk through the ser ice area of the NEC which you would think wrong if not for the clear signage. The hotel itself was clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate with a nice ensuite shower room, no bath. I could hear people walking along the corridor but it did nor disturb me. Room was air conditioned and the temperature easily adjusted but no opening windows. Tea and coffee tray was fine but I did have a broken kettle lid which was a little dangerous, which I reported on checkout. Overall very happy and would stay there again."

"i have used this hotel many times, fantastic value for money and in the perfect location, it never disappoints, reception always very polite and helpful,,there was a rock concert nearby and the hotel was full to the brim of costumed Ghost fans and Ghouls,,,quite scary but extremely well behaved and pleasant "

"Stayed here for a weekend with the family, I have to say it was one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in. Very modern. The room was very clean and fresh . Around the hotel was lovely and clean and well kept . The receptionist Jordan went above and beyond for us and the children, was polite and helpful and told us fun things we could do with the children. The breakfast in the mornings was DELICIOUS! With such a wide variety you can’t go wrong ! The bar and staff was very friendly. Made me a delicious passion fruit mojito and then made me a child friendly one for my son so he wasn’t left out . Thank you for making my stay with my family so lovely ! X "
