Bar is nice and the restaurant is very pleasant. Forget trying to get anything in terms of the spa. You probably won't get an appointment. I haven't managed to do it in the 8 to 10 times I've stayed here..

Very nice hotel only a few minutes away from the station. Friendly staff and very helpful. The bullring is not far away and there are plenty of facilities in the hotel. Such as coffee shop, Spa and restaurant. We certainly look forward to coming again soon.

The room was clean, fairly spacious and adequate for our stay. The communal ares were decorated well, with a different vibe for each area eg bar, breakfast area etc. The bartender was friendly, cocktails were good, and breakfast options were great. The hot chocolate was so nice, I had to have two cups. Whilst the spa is small, the hot tub was amazin (so warm and relaxing), the steam room (super hot), and the relaxation area was very calming. It's in a very central location for shops, restaurants, bar, movies. We had a lovely time.
