This is my second time staying here, and I’d gladly stay here again. The place is nice for the price, has good amenities, and is within easy walking distance of the seashore, restaurants, and shops. There was an unknown issue that caused my key to be deactivated, and when I returned to the hotel at around 10 PM I found myself locked out. The emergency phone outside of hotel reception allowed me to contact someone after hours, and I was able to get into my room within about ten minutes. While I dislike the keycard error, the staff handled it promptly and courteously. Issues can happen, and I really appreciate it when the staff are able to promptly and graciously address any problems.

Had an issue when leaving the hotel, when I returned to my room after putting my suitcase in my car I could not get the door to open. Made contact with the night manage who knew that door could be fiddley and your just have to wiggle it. Turned out to get the door to open I had to turn the handle upward. Not a good feeling when you have to catch a flight and the last of your belongings are still inside your hotel room.

Positives: The room is a good size and the balcony was great. Friendly staff. Close to the airport and only a 20 minute walk to town and the train station. Negatives: It's loud if your room is near the road (cars and trucks). We weren't allowed to check out even 15 minutes later so our laundry could finish, and we had to finish packing in the pool area outside. There should be some flexibility, especially since there are limited hours for the laundry room. Staff at the reception is only available until 8:00 p.m. which is very odd for a hotel and there is a fee to pay if you call after hours. The power on our floor went out in the evening, and we were just told someone would come and fix it soon, but it was several hours without power, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom fan was full of dust and could use a cleaning.

Отель соответствовал нашему запросу. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. В первый день проживания мы решили на ресепшн все вопросы с экскурсиями. Каждый день новые полотенца и влажная уборка. Есть проблемы со звукоизоляцией, слышно было движение в номере выше нас. Завтрак нас не устроил, но поблизости есть кафе, где можно решить этот вопрос. Отель не для провождения времени в нем, а для сна.

Overall, a tired vibe. My room door jammed, light not working, shower knob kept falling off, key pass failed once so had to get out duty manager. Blankets were missing. Six day stay. A bit of maintenance would go a long way.

Just not what was advertised. I booked a budget room thinking that the pictures on the website were of the budget rooms but I was very wrong. The pictures are of a separate part of the accomodation. The budget accomodation has separate bathrooms to the room that are shared with the entire floor. The shampoo and conditioner provided in a massive pump bottle was broken in both showers, the bathrooms were so old and had clearly had several parts replaced over the years that had never been painted over. Staying there was doable but not what was advertised at all.
