The breakfast at Al Masa Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dining area, I was impressed by the warm atmosphere and the beautifully arranged buffet. The variety of dishes was outstanding—everything from fresh pastries and fruits to flavorful traditional options and perfectly prepared hot dishes. The quality of the food truly stood out. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the presentation made it even more enjoyable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

This hotel has two buildings. The first has rooms in need of updating, with dated carpeting and balconies without screens that don't even open into the hallways. The second has more modern rooms with screens and home automation. I stayed in the first, and the room was very dated, nice, but not the cleanest. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The air conditioning can be turned off or adjusted. It's great to have amenities right in the hotel, such as a bank, bar, and a small supermarket. The staff is friendly.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the property is very well maintained. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was a lot of variety for breakfast with some changes each day, which is nice. There are also at least 5 different restaurants/cafes which for us was convenient. The staff were very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would stay at Al Masa again.

Some areas around the hotel seemed worn down and could use some updating. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, safe, had great dining options, extra amenities such as pool and bowling and the staff took really good care of us.

Horrible experience

Horrible!!! Stayed during the last few days of Ramadan, there were parties every single night till 3-4AM, rooms aren’t sound proof. There’s no constant stream of hot water, took at least 10-15 min each time for hot water to start trickling, there’s even a time where we didn’t have any water at all! The wall on top of the bed was padded and the pads fell on us while sleeping!!! Rooms aren’t well kept at all and needs massive maintenance, the only thing they took care of is the exterior. After ramadan finished, weddings started and again full blown noise till 1AM each night! Horrible experience, would never book there again.

The bathroom was filthy. The hotel is not suited to non Muslims, I felt uncomfortable. Men and women can not use the spa facilities together. There are a lack of signs so you cant dind anything- we never found out where breakfast was. My 12 year old son wanted a sauna and he had to wear all his clothes in it which is not safe or enjoyable, it also melted his t-shirt. The childrens play area by the Eqyptian resturant is not safe, the plastic has got brittle in the sun and my 5 year was playing on it and a section broke which meant he fell. He was complaining of a sore arm amd once back in the UK I took him to the hospital and its broken.
