"The staff at Stirling was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. I want to give shoutouts to Ana, Cara, Amalee, and Declan in the restaurant.Their personal touches made our dinners memorable. Cameron, Bryony, and Joseph (aka a young Gerard Butler) were welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. The atmosphere of the hotel matched the surrounding neighborhood. It is just a short drive to the castle and a short walk to city shops. We loved Stirling!"

"Avoid at all costs Staff are unhelpful and borderline rude. Booked a double room for sole occupancy and was given a twin room. When I protested this was not what was booked I was fobbed off. I asked to speak to the duty manager and waited over 30 minutes before going back to reception. Duty manager was aware I’d asked to speak to them but decided I wasn’t her priority. Fobbed off that the hotel was fully booked and could not change my room and offer no alternative so agreed they would give me a refund and checked out. Went to another hotel. Now radio silence and struggle to get an answer from them with regards the refund. This hotel is tired and dated and the room I was given just felt unclean so I wasn’t prepared to stay there. Won’t be going back "
