Padstow with its harbour and well known restaurants is also within an easy drive by as is Port Issac and Tintagel - home of the King Arthur legends.

Bodmin with its steam railway as is the Eden Project are all within an easy drive away.

The recently decorated property offers 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other has a single bed plus a Z bed with a proper comfy sprung mattress so sleeps 4 with ease. There's a patio table and chairs to sit out and enjoy your sunny south facing aspect.

There is a brand new fully fitted kitchen with Zanussi oven and ceramic hob hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee maker etc.

The bathroom was recently completely refitted and offers a fully tiled bathroom with power shower above the bath.

Plus a choice of lovely sandy beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Plus the Camelford Way cycle path is only 2 miles away. There is even a bicycle rack to chain your bikes to right outside your lounge window.
