This place was amazing!! EVERY single staff member was so nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and relaxing. We went as a couples getaway trip but would definitely bring the kids to this hotel. Great pools, private beach and lots of stuff to keep everyone busy.

Beach was amazing, food was good, the main restaurant was at maintenance but Ricardo, Honorio and Gabriel made every effort to make our food experience unforgettable,The only issue was when the waiters refused to give us any food for the kids 20 minutes after checking out and they insisted we should pay for that, and it was 3 cheese pizzas for the kids , but they wanted us to pay 40 USD, despite confirming with Reception that we just checked out.

The hospitality, activities, sate of the art wellness spa, pools and dining options make this place one of the best places to visit and experience. This hotel is worth any money you can spend. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel completely at home. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even offered a welcome drink that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the ocean. Housekeeping was attentive and respectful of our schedule, and the amenities—especially the pools—were top-tier. What truly stood out was the personalized attention. Whether it was the concierge helping us plan excursions or the restaurant staff remembering our preferences, every detail felt thoughtfully curated.
