What makes this such a great resort is the staff! Everyone is so kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed! A big shout out to Carlos at the bell service and Javier at the front security gate. Our suite was very big and had a beautiful view. Highly recommend this resort!

Breakfast was great, staff all throughout the property were so kind and accommodating. Bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner but overall a great stay. Was hoping to have access to dining at Marriott Cancun next door and was not able, that should be changed. As the two are next two each other.
