I just had the best vacation at this exceptional hotel. The staff are excellent, professional and polite they can’t do enough for you and take great pride in their work. Juanita and Sandra waitresses in the bar gave me the royal treatment always giving a warm smile each day and ensuring I always had a cocktail in hand and JJ at the pool area was so friendly and helpful. I was given a free room upgrade overlooking the pool and ocean which was so kind of the amazing reception team who made check in and checkout effortless. The rooms are large and clean and the maids do a fantastic job, whilst the resort is smaller than others you have everything you need here and there is always something going on with activities or entertainment - good vibes all round!, gorgeous beach and very safe for a solo female traveller. The food is very good with a selection of great restaurants and options to choose from. I made friends and memories of a lifetime at this incredible hotel and I can’t sing its praises enough. The only downside is that I had to leave but I’m sure I will return in the future.

This was our third time at this resort, and the first time we brought our younger kids. We chose it because I have always felt safe there. The resort is small enough that I felt comfortable having my kids run up to the room if they needed something while we were at the pool or beach. We liked the smaller environment compared to the larger resorts.

If you’re looking for a beach at the resort, it doesn’t exist or it is very small. However, the resort was very clean and the food was good. Staffs are outstanding. Since the bus is cheap and safe, we used it to travel to nice beaches like Playa Delfines- etc

Love my stay... The only thing that i didn't like is the pushy time share people. They talk and talk about want to take you to another resort but we just want to relax and have a good time. Even when we tell them we have plans for the days we are there, they will keep pushing. But everything else was amazing, the pool, the bars, the food, the staff... Love, love it.

I started calling the resort to try and book a massage a week out from my check in and was always re-routed and hung up on. I don’t know if Expedia or the hotel dropped the ball on making dinner reservations, but in case you were wondering. You cannot get a table at any of the restaurants without a reservation two days in advance. The buffet was pitiful. It took an hour of standing in line to check in, and my brother and I reserved a terrace view room with two beds. They tried to give my brother and I( both 6’5”-6’6”) a room with one bed. We had to go back down and wait in line again and were given attitude when we told them that we had a confirmation number for a room with two beds and a terrace view. (They didn’t even want my reservation number when I asked the first time.) all of this would have been looked over if I hadn’t received such poor service upon my departure. I had someone picking me up at 1pm so I paid by the hour for a late checkout, and when my brother walked down stairs at 12:50, a man was walking around in the lobby yelling my name. He asked my brother if he was me, and then told him “I would suggest that you get in line now.” He was very condescending, when I came down he gave me attitude as well. There was another huge line and by this time and I was told I need to give them me bracelet. We took our bracelets off and tried to hand them to the man because we had a ride waiting and he then yelled at me and called a police officer over.
