I didn’t like anything about this property. It’s nothing like it was on the pictures. We couldn’t swim in the Ocean because it was full of sea weed, the whole coast was affected. There were whole piles of it on the beach. It stinked very bad. We were forced to swim in the pool for our entire stay there. Pools were dirty, you can tell that no one cleans those pools because those two pools they had there were full of the sand on the bottom. So there were no entertainment at night as well no shopping areas, no casino, there is nothing to do at this resort, food was poor, not many choices of meat, cheese and other food, dirty floors, big cockroaches in the buffet area where the food is. So many times stayed in Mexico at different resort but this one is so far the worst one. I don’t think I will go ever again to this or any other resort Mexico in the future. But what made us the most angry was that the hotel reviews all were positive none of the negative comments. That was of reasons why we also decided to try this resort and that was the biggest mistake we did regarding these positive reviews. That was the biggest scam. so we thinking all the negative reviews were erased. If you can choose don’t go to this resort because this resort was disgusting and it was fully disappointment and a sham. 😡😡😡

It’s very disappointing that one thing ruined my trip. Especially since I would definitely have returned if not for it. Service was great and the food. The major issue which should definitely never be an issue in a resort in Cancun is the air conditioning. Arriving sweaty after walking in the heat and humidity I look forward to opening my room door and feeling the cool air. This never happened here. The air was horrible it never got cold. I complained and askedto be moved to a better room(supposedly I was upgraded also which is even worse) but they just kept saying maintenance would come take a look but they never fixed it. The buffet also did not have proper ac. People were whipping sweat constantly while eating. I spoke to many people while in the pool to see if maybe it was just my room but they all were experiencing the same.

Juan and Daisy went over and beyond for our dining experience . We decided to go there multiple times just because the service was amazing and the food was great. Also, Marisela (I don’t think I spelled that right ) was the waitress on the lobby level bar/outside area was amazing ! We went every night to sit outside and her customer service was 10/10! Francisco from the water sports area set us up with the best excursion . We went on the speed boats . He was prompt in getting everything organized ! The place was overall nice . Rooms clean and spacious . I have no complaints ! Would stay again.

Despite not being able to go in the ocean due to the seaweed infested waters, the trip overall was a solid 4. There was a bad smell throughout the resort also due the seaweed but the rooms and batnrooms were clean. No bugs food was pretty good but could use some more variety. The drinks at the lobby bar was the best. The bartender Franky made the best drinks and shots! Still a food resort for couples and families.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our honeymoon started off a little bumpy—we had to advocate for ourselves to get a few things sorted—but once that was handled, everything completely turned around. The resort was beautiful, the staff were so kind and attentive, and the food… was incredible. Every meal felt like such a treat, and we’re still talking about it. Once we settled in, it truly felt like a dream trip. So many special memories made, and we’re so glad we chose this spot to celebrate the beginning of our marriage.

ROOMS: Stayed in Junior Suit Ocean View. Very putdated. Room was spaceus, however, old and unkept. Bathrooms are big as well but somehow not practical and no privacy, there is only a thin curtain in the washing area, the toilet and shower have doors but they are small. CLEANLINESS: Somewhat clean, but dirt has build up over the years and it is noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. STAFF: Very nice, helpful and accommodating. LOCATION: Hotel was on a good location and it had nice beach area, However, before booking make sure the beach is clean. During our stay there was way too much seaweed. The beach was unusable and it smelled really bad. BUFFET/ Restaurants The buffet was nice different viraety of foods. It tasted good. The only thing was that to enter the buffet you have to wait to be seated and if it was around 7pm the line could get long. The other thing was that the AC didn't always work and it got very hot and unpleasant. There are 2 restaurants that were on first come first serve basis however you have to be there once they open up otherwise during dinner time you have no chance to get a table. The restaurants with reservation you have to make the reservation the day of at 8 am, however, almost every time when I tried to make a reservation by 8:01 there were bi more seats available. You have to go to service desk and show them you tried to book and were unable and maybe they can find you seats but most times if you couldn't book through the app you don't ge
