Room was lovely updated and clean, quiet in the adult section. The pool and beach lounges filled early, sometimes before 830am. Good food variety in buffet but not restocked often enough, and signage haphazard. Desserts labeled "beef", it would be a nightmare for anyone with allergies. Not enough staff to brinng drinks, no staff at carving stations, sometimes I just carved my own. Red flag flying on beach every day but the last day, no lifeguardson beach, even though the sea seemed pretty calm on some days. Overall the room and staff made up for the other issues

Great property, we were upgraded to privilege and enjoyed few additional amenities, however, privilege is not far off from standard as we didn’t find it extraordinary. Buffets were great but needs some improvements in terms of quality of food. Restaurants were busy and hard to find a spot probably due to Christmas timing. Shows were average. Seems like there is a mandatory tip culture compared to other resorts as each staff who provided us service has high expectations for the tips some even demanded which was unexpected as the resort is itself pricy and tips should be optional. We took playa shopping tour as well which costed us sometime as it stopped on stores which seems tourists trap. Overall our stay was great and we will certainly recommend.

Nice resort, great staff and the facilities were very nice. The beach was average and the food selection was minimal in the buffet or on the dining restaurants. The Brazilian style restaurant was great with a lot different meets cuts off skewers at your table. Only there 2 nights and did not get to explore area.

I loved the services provided and the attentive and kind staff. There was something planned daily- and we enjoyed the stage shows in the evening. The kids looked forward to the buffet meals. The original room provided was not in the correct building as requested and confirmed in advance. It took unnecessary negotiation and advocation on our own behalf for the error to be corrected. The subsequent room had an issue with AC, which they were not able to correct. The food could be improved, in terms of quality and availability.
