It was dirty and in disastrous condition! The property is attached to a social housing complex with addicts in the street. Cockroachs, dirty pool, and bathroom, train rushing by every few minutes. We checked out right after visiting the room. We don't expect much but that was disgusting. We couldn't stay here. Sorry, but that is my honest opinion.

Strongly Recommend Avoiding – Extremely Poor Condi

We chose to leave this property on the same day we arrived (June 23, 2025), as the room did not meet our expectations in any way. It was in extremely poor condition – dirty, damaged, worn down, and with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It felt neither safe nor comfortable to stay. The reception was closed and completely unreachable. We contacted Hotels.com, who handled our booking, and they also tried to reach the property but received no response. We checked out at 8:30 PM and left the key in the drop box. We then booked another hotel to continue our stay. Due to the unacceptable state of the room and the complete lack of support or communication, we cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone with even basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, or service. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.

La chambre familiale Ă©tait censĂ©e accueillir 6 personnes, mais en rĂ©alitĂ© elle ne correspondait pas Ă  cette capacitĂ©. La propretĂ© n’était pas irrĂ©prochable. Lors de la rĂ©servation, il Ă©tait indiquĂ© « vue sur la mer », cependant ma chambre se trouvait au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une vue inexistante. Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet i forhold til stranden og Cannes by. Hotellet hadde et fint og stort basseng og omrÄdet ved bassenget var et pluss for meg. Renholdet pÄ balkongen vÄr dÄrlig da vi kom, leiligheten var helt ok, men det bar preg av at det burde oppdateres. OmrÄdet hotellet lÄ i var ikke sÄ innbydende, men vi fant en liten sidegate rett ved hotellet som var veldig koselig. Restauranten serverte nydelige mat.
