Easter weekend in Cardiff

Loved my time with my cousin staying at the Clayton hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

Outstanding Stay

Outstanding stay. Hotel less than two minute walk from station. We were on the 9th floor with amazing views and could watch the trains from the comfort of the armchair. Excellent bar area/restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable of their City. Shout-out to our waiter, Liam, who gave us very good recommendations when we visited the bay area.

Toilet roll!

The door to our room was very, very stiff and we struggled to close it easily. They only left 1 toilet roll, we were 3 adult ladies, it had run out by the next morning.

Nice hotel, great staff, noise from heating

Staff were excellent to deal with from checkin to the restaurant. Unfortunately the room I was allocated on the 10th floor must have been placed near or below some kind of heating system as around 4am each morning what sounded like a boiler kept firing up. It was extremely difficult to sleep. If I stay again I will request to be well below the top floors as my colleague was on the 11th floor and experienced the same noise. Not ideal when on a work trip.

Lovely and convenient hotel

Lovely people on reception during the day. Helpful to let her leave our bags on the first day before check in, recommended places to visit in Bath only was the Trout bookshop and then even though we can checked out on our last day they let us leave our bags again.
