The bedding had hair all over it, when asked if they can change the bedding. The manager came to my room and passed me the new bedding to chamge the bed myself. The door connecting the lift area the hallway where the rooms are, did not have a soft close mechanism. So all day and night everytime the door was opened it would slam shut very loud. I was woken up throughout the night. The night staff are not friendly and not very helpful.

Great welcome from the reception desk on arrival 👌 Friendly bar staff, nice clean room (was a superior twin). Decent food in the bar area with relaxed atmosphere. Easy parking. Excellent value for money for an overnight business trip
