Positive: walking distance to shops, easy check in, clean Negative: no locker or table to put your luggage, not sure if this Cardiff environmental move but there’s no plastic in the bin so you will put your waste/rubbish directly in the bin Otherwise, we have a pleasant stay in Easyhotel

The hotel is what is expected for the price and the bed was comfortable. The shower floors are dangerously slippery with no kind of grip and no mats available. I slipped and fell in the shower hurting myself quite badly but was told there hadn’t been any before and they don’t have onto provide bath mats legally. Reception said they would give me a towel to put on the floor and it didn’t sound like a new occurrence to me.

This was my second stay at EasyHotel and it has been another great experience. Really affordable stay with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Will be booking again to stay for some time in the summer holidays.

Perfect for a little gig night in Cardiff. If you just need a bed and a shower then it is no frills clean tidy hotel. Comfy bed.

Basic room, but spotless & comfortable beds & very quiet. The staff were so polite & welcoming. Only one negative, is no tea making facilities, but they did offer a tea/coffee machine (£2.50) in reception. Would definitely stay again.

The accessible room was literally a bed and a bathroom. There were no dressers or appliances. The toilet didnt flush unless i reached in the tank and flooded it. I requested maintenance and it was never fixed. Staff was so great, but the room was lack luster.
