Amazing Cardiff

From the initial greeting at the front desk, to all the interactions with the team throughout our stay, this was one of my best hotel experiences in a long time. The room and breakfast were also perfect.

Came to stay at Hotel Indigo for a little one night treat. Firstly exceptional service at reception, greeted with a smile. Breakfast was superb, my partner commented that it was the best selection we've ever had from a breakfast and she was right. We should have visited the bar/restaurant for a night cap because it looked very suave. Room was lovely, great bathroom, very clean...the only thing I would say is our room door was very thin, we could hear the conversations in the hallway. But apart from that had a good night sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is so close to everything in Cardiff, a few mins walk from anywhere. Thank you!

Great hotel. Too much noise from the street below.

Great staff, beautiful hotel. However, I was on the 5th floor facing the high st, as a result I hardly slept due to the incessant noise from people passing by into the earjy hours. This was a Wednesday and a business trip so not ideal.

Our stay couldn't have been better. My 2 year daughter has a severe dairy allergy and we were looked after from start to finish. The staff were superb, the food was delicious (highly recommend the breakfast!) and the room was lovely.
