A Little Gem

Love this hotel. The decoration is amazing, something to keep you interested round every corner. Great room with comfy bed and pillows, fantastic shower! Breakfast was super, great buffet selection but also items to order which would be cooked 'on demand'. Brilliant location, right in the middle of the city, ideal for shopping and sport/leisure. Best thing about the hotel though is the staff, polite and welcoming.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely room with comfortable beds and interesting design. Loved the old rotary phone. We had a problem with the TV and the staff were so obliging and moved us to another room. The staff went above and beyond to help us.
