Lovely friendly hotel with outstanding service .

Very welcoming hotel , friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable . The views over Cardiff are superb ! Food excellent and lovely comfortable rooms . A very enjoyable stay .

Beautiful hotel ,gardens ,and scenery..

We were staying one night as we had a concert in Cardiff..The hotel was in a perfect location.we were able to get a taxi to and from Cardiff for less than £26.00.. We would stay there again for longer next time ..

hotel for a relaxing break

Pros: Situated in in country grounds with views over towards Cardiff and Caerphilly close buy , an ideal place to stay and tour from to attractions.
Cons: Keep an watch on breakfast buffet food temperature barely warm food does not do well with me. and considering the price at least make it hot.
On a arrival at our destination for a couple of days chill out we were meet by friendly staff at reception. There was a problem with our room which was swiftly sorted and another room was found. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional attended by dinning room staff food lovely and hot plenty of choice of menu.

Stunning views of Cardiff bay

Upon arrival the hotel is very imposing but impressive in grandure. Hotel staff were extremely well mannered and helpful. When entering our room we were immediately greated with the view of Cardiff bay through the glass door to the verander. All around a fantastic hotel will be back in spring!

Nice Hotel and good staff

This is a lovely hotel with decent sized room and comfortable beds. The restaurant was OK but the service was poor, possible due to a wedding function running simultaneously. I would stay again
