It was ok but the air con in the room wasn’t working. I reported this and someone did something (and visited my room), told me it was fixed but it wasnt. A warm and uncomfortable night. It wasn’t cheap to stay here so not very impressed.

The location of the hotel was good and overall the experience was fine, but I had a major issue with the air conditioning in my room. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, and despite raising it with reception, no one ever came to check it or offered me an alternative room. This meant I was stuck in an uncomfortably hot room throughout my stay, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. What I found most disappointing was that, when I raised the issue again in the morning, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the problem. A bit of care and accountability from the staff would have made a big difference. The hotel itself is decent, but the lack of follow-up and customer service around such a basic issue really let it down.
