Clean, friendly reception staff. Great facilities. Lovely clean room with a little kitchen. Bright airy breakfast room with a calm, relaxing atmosphere and attentive staff keeping the room tidy and breakfast well stocked. Parking only £10 with EV charging points.

The staff were great, the room was a good size although the bedroom was a bit tired, small niggles in that none of the TV’s in the room worked and the flush didn’t work too well. The breakfast was nice there was a good selection of food. If we visited Cardiff again we might stay again.

Lovely suite with plenty of room, comfortable bed, good shower - good facilities; hob, cooker, dishwasher... not that we used them! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pleasant enough. The breakfast room had lovely decor and was a pleasant place to hang-out. A bit sad that the car park was over-full when we arrived at exactly 4pm on the dot (our allocated check-in time), which was a bit cheeky considering we had to pay quite a lot per day to park there! The walk to town wasn't the most pleasant - through a housing estate and a local park, dodging some locals loitering by the canal, but the views of the man-made lake was pleasant enough, from the room. Overall is was a lovely room and a nice hotel and I would consider it again if the price was right and I didn't have to walk into town much.

Everything about the stay was excellent - a smooth check-in and checkout process, a clean and comfortable room, and even the option to purchase snacks and food from the reception area. The only feedback I could give is to suggest a liner for the bin in the room?

Room was a bit small, pretty run down and could do with a good clean and facelift. There were scuffs all over the walls, chips and dents throughout. The floor drain in the shower was loose and the hand rail on the balcony was weathered and full of spiders webs - like it’s hasn’t been touched in years. The staff were good, easy to deal with The breakfast was great, lots of options. Location was nice and quiet, placed nicely between the city and Cardiff bay

Nice, but flawed experience.

Good: nice shower, in room kitchenette, decent breakfast, and friendly desk staff. not so good: floor on one side of the bed was extremely sticky (think spilled glass of juice or soda), I scrubbed it myself rather than switch rooms or having staff come clean, but the rest of the room seemed clean. also we selected this hotel in part because they have parking for a fee, but they dont have as many spots as rooms and when we arrived in the evening there were no spots. there were some free spots on the street a block away, but we had to get up in the morning to move or we could have started paying for the spot as well I think remotely.
