Bed had black stains and when i asked to change it they did but was surprised how they only told me its not their fault its the third party laundary… No slippers no amenities in my suite

Nice syle hotel that was in an ideal location in the center of Cardiff, room it self was really nice, as was the bed and shower etc, breakfast was lovely with everything u would need. Highly recommend
