Hotel Milan Costa Rica

"I have stayed at the Milan regularly for almost 5 years. Previously I felt the value was ok, so I returned again and again. The last time I stayed was yesterday April 15th, 2026 and I have to say that I was disappointed. Trying to rest in the afternoon but unable as the staff made a ridiculous amount of noise and constant conversation. Due to the tile floors and flat surfaces, the noise is amplified and it was impossible to get the rest I desperately needed. Also, I found some of the staff uncooperative and with a bad attitude. There are many choices in this neighborhood ans I will choose an alternative hotel. It is a shame that customer loyalty doesnt count anymore "
