The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and essential cookware for easy at-home dining. One queen bedroom is located on the main level, while upstairs you’ll find four additional queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Continue up to the rooftop level, where a convenient half bath is located.

The house is exactly as pictured. Perfect amount of room for a group of 10 girls. We enjoyed the private sundeck and large kitchen. The beds were also comfortable. Stay Duvet responded quickly when we had questions. Overall, wonderful stay.

Wonderful House - Great Location

We were touring the College of Charleston and found this location to be perfect. Easy walking distance to lots of great places. Bedrooms were great, and the rooftop deck was a great evening spot to sit outside.

We enjoyed our stay—the house was clean and the check in process very easy. Sitting outside on either patio was so enjoyable.—we spent time outside every day We did have a couple of things we needed to notify the property management company about and they promptly replied. Depending on which parking spot you are assigned, it can be tricky to park—not a deterrent but something to know when reserving this house. We would stay here again

Perfect floor plan

We stayed here for a mom and daughter trip, and it was absolutely perfect. In the way that the bedrooms and bathrooms were set up. We were originally thinking that we would have to share a bathroom with somebody in their room, but as we noticed that there were bathrooms at the end of the halls and a single bathroom on the top floor for privacy Without a shower. There was also the master downstairs had one that was not in the bedroom so that we did not interrupt anyone to have to go at that time. It was a perfect location for walking and entertainment, and it felt very safe with an outside patio and places to mix and mingle, without interrupting others with a lower courtyard and a balcony up top to talk and relax .

Perfect for a larger group!

We had such a lovely time in this great property! Plenty of room for 9 adults, great living area and queen beds. Everything was very clean, and welcoming. Lovely outdoor space with string lights, and a gorgeous little rooftop patio! We loved the neighborhood, and were grateful for the single parking spot. The kitchen was nice, but there were so many great restaurants nearby that we never used it! When we realized we needed an extension cord for the rooftop patio lights, someone from Stay Duvet responded to my request quickly and brought one right over! We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this property and neighborhood for a group

5 easy blocks to King. Corner grocery shop and coffee shop one block away. Safe. Only one parking spot for a 5 bedroom. Found a garage on king st for the cars on Friday and got em on Sunday.
