Ok stay

The check in/out process was seamless. However, we decided to extend our stay by a day which required us to checkout and in again. Was told it was due to the fact that we used a third party for our reservation. The food was ok. Minimum options available. Would have liked more. The bread was hard each day, the ‘freshly made’ pancakes were hard too. Not sure if it was due to the ingredient ratio or the machine used. The kitchen staff spoke little English, so there were times they seemed harsh and annoyed in their interactions. No comment on housekeeping since we kept or DND sign up but received extra towels when requested. Did not use hotel transportation. No issues with internet connection. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious and relatively clean. Lobby was always clean and quiet even during the weekend breakfast which included a large crowd.
