It was very quiet and even when there was a screaming child, the staff took care of it right away. I even had some very important paperwork to get emailed to my husband’s office, and they were very accommodating for me. They were very helpful and understanding about my situation as my husband is in UVA hospital for open heart surgery. We’re hoping to get closer to home for this. Driving home and back can get very stressful and expensive. Thank you also to the guest whose car that I accidentally hit in the parking lot. I had no idea that I hit it because of all of the snow. He was also very kind. I was more upset than him. I will be back again.

Decent stay - Was disappointed that on check-in there was no shampoo or conditioner. Having refillable dispensers in the room is great for the environment, but not good for guests if you don't check/refill them. The front desk couldn't refill them, so just gave us a handful of disposable shampoo conditioner bottles.

The hallways need a bit of TLC since they're looking a bit run down. Also, the small coffee maker in the room was missing the tray that is necessary for putting the coffee pouch in. This made it impossible to make coffee in the room in the morning (I stayed in room 313).

Excellent value for money option. We had a wondedrful stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom very clean with all the amenities we needed and more. We did not use the pool and the gym, because our stay was very short, next time no doubt we will enjoy it. Breakfast was really good, only recommendation would be to add some whole grain bread as a choice. I would stay in this hotel again without hesitation.
