Rude staff, and they overlook you until they feel like paying attention to you. No early check in without paying and honestly you could stay at a hilton hotel for not much more

Where to start, we booked this room for two nights. We arrived late the first night and the attendant was nice and got us checked in quick. When we went to the room we noticed a homeless man sleeping in a hall way between the buildings, several cars with windows plasticed up and the smell of pot around the building. This should have been our clue to not stay here but we ignored it because it was late. We entered the room and it looked decently clean and in decently good shape so we went ahead and stayed the night. We left the next morning before daylight and spent the day out. Upon arriving back for our second night we noticed the smell of pot once again and when we entered the room and turned the lights on seen three roaches. We went to the front desk and told them and they ask for a picture of it which I forwarded to them. The promptly switched out room. When we entered that room it had no floorings at all, the shower was broke and the furniture was stained and dirty. We went back to the front desk and was offered a different room but declined and ask for a refund on our second night. The attendant apologized and processed a refund. We booked this room based off of the reviews it seemed positive but was anything but with our experience. It has a convenient location and the first room looked recently renovated so with a little better management and maybe better security it could be a good place.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was newly renovated but you could still tell that it was an older hotel. It was mostly clean. The beds and the bedding were very comfortable. The coffee was good. Parking was fine at least ut was free unlike some of the other hotels in town! We enjoyed our stay.

Very loud when we got to our room at midnight with all the people outside one guy was playing guitar and singing and was super loud so we left since we knew we wouldnt be able to sleep there.

stains on the sheets, roaches in the bathroom, the shade over the window does NOTHING for privacy. there’s a huge gap under the door. The noise outside is disturbing
