What a pleasant suprise! We are so glad we booked this hotel, it had such a warming atmosphere with a feel of such history. The bed was comfy and our room was lovely. Slight niggle, we had no shower gel, hand wash etc in our room and the phone didnt work. The restaurant food was absoutely amazing.. great quality and huge portions. We did have a couple of issues with being given the wrong menu, which was disappointing but still a good selection. The spa was stunning, a real cosy modern feel althought they do not serve snack in the cafe so this would be a suggestion. We will definately be returning, thank you!

Wonderful staff, great service always with a smile. Put a fridge in our room on request. Room and bathroom not brand new but very clean, comfortable and cosy. Lovely place for a break! Wonderful location for country walks and/shopping.

After booking nonrefundable room I received an email requesting I contact them if I wanted to use the pool as it was not included in room. I responded asking for clarification stating hotel only booked due to pool. No response received. After 6hr drive I looked forward to a swim but was told to do so I would have to pay additional £39!. I booked room based on photos of bathtub in room which i also stated as a requirement within my booking. No bathtub in room just en-suite. I was moved to a room with bathtub in room but a window that would not close. Staff climbed on chairs to close window. Went to have bath and found myself having to clean a (small) amount of hair and scurf out of the tub first. As i was not due into work next day till 10am I finished work at 2:30 am knowing i could sleep in till 8:30am (im a night owl). I was woken at 7:20am to someone trying to get into my room!!!. Decided to check out a lot earlier than intended. Mentioned to the reception about the disturbance (the staff where all very friendly etc). I received an apology (of course) and a 'have a nice day' but that was it........no offer of at least a complementary breakfast (charged at an additional £11) which in all honesty I would of declined as im not a breakfast person and had already had my morning coffee fix in the room. However, the gesture after everything that had happened so far really would of been appreciated and left better impression at least. What a disappointment.

Wedding at Ringwood Hall Hotel

Great wedding venue with lovely grounds, although the room was average and was a distance from reception and restaurant.
