Expected more for the price and location :(

We got here and were told by a worker we had to park in the parking garage then bring our luggage down. We found out later we could have parked unloaded/checked in then went up to the garage. We had a lot to carry down from the 6th floor of the garage once we reached the lobby and were struggling no one offered to help us with our luggage at all. Just continued to talk to each other behind the counter as if we weren't there. Then my debit card was charged an extra $200 which cut into our funds for our trip. On the corner right outside where the Ubers prefer to pick up they're selling drugs all day and night. The garage lobby's smell intensely of urine making it gross to have to set you bags down on any floor surface if you didn't unload in front of the hotel lobby. For the price and location we just expected more and better communication during booking of the extra charges and info on parking. We weren't aware the hotel didn't have their own garage and that it would be $64 a day.

Great ocation near restaurants and attractions, walkable and right on the corner of the train station. Didnt like that I was giving an accesible room. The bed was to low to the floor. Should have been giving an option bit was not.

They charge for parking without even telling you or including that in the main info when you book with them. Be aware! It’s 65$ a night which is basically half of the price of a night’s stay. Make it make sense.
