The location of the hotel was fantastic. My wife and I were able to walk everywhere. The only issues we were with the room itself: toilet handle broke and we had to lift the lid to flush the toilet; the bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. Other than that, it was great.

The location was great, but that staff behaved in a way that was unbecoming of most Hilton properties. They provided little assistance with things as simple as entering the building when my group arrived early. Much of the furniture in the hotel lobby was stained and dirty.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The property itself is great clean, the staff was great and the restaurant located in the hotel amazing. Additionally, the location is very convenient, you can walk to a lot of places and the subway was very close. Definitely recommend.
