very good stay, clean, accessible, close to everything on foot, facilities, easy check in and check out without a contract, very simple and fast. We only had a problem with breakfast that was reported to the hotel and they informed us that they will check so that everything is perfect next time we stay.

We stayed for four nights. I think the bed is past its prime, as are the sheets and spread. Breakfast was the same every morning with limited choices. The hotel staff is very responsive and outgoing. carpeting in the hallway hallways could definitely use a cleaning. Overall, the price value equation was very good.

A Cozy Getaway

I recently stayed at the Hilton2Suites River North and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping policy. Housekeeping only cleaned the room every three days, which I found inconvenient. I would have preferred daily cleaning or at least the option for more frequent service during my stay. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning if the housekeeping policy is adjusted.

Would have given 5 stars all around, but giving 4 because on day of checkout all the elevators were non-functional. The guests had to carry luggage from 5th, 8th or whatever floors they were on themselves. The hotel manager was nice and friendly offering apologies to guests, but given Hilton property an email offering some discount towards any future stays would have been better.
