Elevator wait time was LONG!!! Bathroom door lock was broken, i was locked inside the bathroom and had to use a credit card to pry my way out. Shower pressure was little to any pressure. Overall the stay was ok, bed and pillows were comfy. Location was nice, lots of shops and resturants within walkimg distance. GRADE OF STAY...6.5/10.

Staff was very unwelcoming & unhelpful. Sheets & blankets were dirty, we waited 15 minutes for new blankets & sheets that were also dirty. Water did not stay hot in the shower without having to adjust every 4 minutes or so. Elevators took very long which caused me to have to take the stairs at 6 months pregnant carrying luggage. Very Poor .

First - my room was very clean. That matters the most to me. It looked like the window could open, but I couldn't get it to work. I would have loved to have fresh air. The dark curtains did not close completely, but it was close enough. The room was a little musty - thus the comment about wanting fresh air, but it was tolerable. The breakfast options were simple, but there were a few hot items. The staff was fantastic!!! Very helpful and funny - especially the gentleman working at night.
