NO on site PARKING

The property was decent. When you walk in there was a desk but it was not being used must take an elevator to the 2nd floor for check in. That’s when we found out that there was NO on site parking. Parking was a couple of blocks down from the hotel. So don’t be solo and have lots of luggage or forget anything. The breakfast was not for people watching their carbs. Apples and Oranges was the only fruit. Protein was a microwave Sausage Egg English Muffin. Hotels.com update this hotels Parking information.

Could order food, walk yo any restaurant, or cook yourself. Gym was ok with tgree or foyr caedio machines and weights and a few benches. Laundry facilities. A little place to buy things you forgot. Bottle shop and walgreen close if you wanted more. Staff generally friendly. Included breakfast. Overall very hood. Liked card key on phone when it worked.

Amazing hotel for a family. A lot of major attractions around the hotel. Love the floor to ceiling windows. Only thing is the parking is a few blocks down but easy walk. Definitely can see my family coming back to this hotel again and again.

What a gem in the middle of Chicago! The staff are very professional and the rooms are quiet considering the location. They serve hot items on their daily breakfast buffet and have laundry facilities on site. It doesn't get much more convenient than this!

My hotel room was dirty, there was a used bandaid in the shower, stains on the sheets and I noticed trash under counter in the bathroom. The staff was also very rude when I contacted them about my AC not working and told me they weren’t going to do anything about it. Overall it’s fine for a one night stay, just disappointed in the cleanliness and the willing to help when my hotel room wouldn’t go down past 74 degrees.

No parking available But 50$ a night to park 2 blocks away what a joke i had my 70yr mom with me and it was very uncomfortable for her just knowing that i had to walk by myself in the middle of the night to a parking garage thats not well lit at night not good for women if your along luckily i had my own protection!! The original price on all day parking is 51$ the hotel gives a 1$ discount for you to walk almost 2 blocks away smh very disappointing and unsafe for visitors. Now what i will say The staff were exceptional they treated me with the upmost respect and was helpful on a few food eating spots near by Ashley and Mark front desk attendants Ashley also accommodated me another room due to the size because I was with my mom for her birthday!! Now let’s talk about the room!! First night we thought everything was fine. We got up to make coffee that morning. Grab one of the coffee mugs that was provided in the room and the coffee mug was dirty not clean it had dried up coffee( i have photos). My mom 1st time to Chicago n her just being older she said it ok no big deal so i decided not to make a big deal out of having dirty dishes put away as if it was cleaned just to satisfy my mom. As I started wondering what else wasn’t clean in the room of course I pulled out the sofa bed.. (just say I have photos disgusting)!!! Room 1307 pull sofa bed out

In principle, a good hotel, but the price for the weekend is very high, the pillows are uncomfortable, the sofa for children is also uncomfortable, the view from the window to the parking lot, did not impress and parking is paid separately, very expensive. Everything is clean, but next time I will choose another place.
