This was our first time in Chicago and I picked this property due to location. I'd pick it again for the staff, they were AMAZING! From the valets, to the front desk, to the staff that ran breakfast every morning; just fantastic! Everyone was incredibly nice and super helpful at every turn. Add to that the great location and this was definitely a winner. Easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants around. We had out kids along and i never felt unsafe navigating this part of the city with them even at night.

The location is the best part of this hotel! Everything is super close! I wish the breakfast would stay open for longer especially for families on vacation. With there being so much to do it’s wild to expect people to wake up at 7:30am! Which is encouraged. The pool was really clean! Our room had a moldy smell and sometimes during the day it smelled like plumbing. You can tell the staff tried to maintain everything clean! They came by everyday which was really nice since we traveled with kids! The staff was super nice and went above and beyond! Over all we had a nice stay!

Staff were real friendly. Lacey was extremely helpful. She served us breakfast, when we arrived as breakfast was closing. She was real helpful throughout our stay. Nightime was loud, many sirens and loud music. I guess downtown is expected. Will definitely recommed to friends and family. The breakfast was real good. Thank you all for a great stay.
