Great view - very aesthetic lobby area - nice rooms - close to navy pier - I came for a concert & it was just a 15 minute safe & easy walk across the street haha. Felt the price for the quality was amazing.

Shower was broken in my room and would only produce scalding hot water or ice water. Not kidding, when I stuck my hand under the water for literally a second, it came back bright red. This is even after adjusting the nob and waiting for it to fix. I told the front desk because this made the shower unusable and unsafe (seriously, a person could be badly hurt). I wasn’t offered another room, they just said they’d have someone try to fix it. Second day I was there, still not fixed. Spent $500 for a crappy bed in a tiny room and having to bathe in the sink. Contacted management to ask for even just a partial refund for the fact that I couldn’t bathe properly in their room. No response. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was still broken. Do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, area was convenient and walkable, and it was an overall good experience. My only critique is the bathroom as there is no bathroom vent so after taking a shower the whole room would get very steamy.

Quick 2 night stay.

Myself and two of my cousins went down to Chicago for a quick getaway weekend. This hotel is a very cute boutique hotel. We stayed on the 10th floor in a room with 2 double beds. The room was tiny. Would have been fine for 1 or 2 people, but 3 or 4 made it feel like we were on top of one another. The beds were comfy. Pillows not so much. Location is fantastic. Its close to mamy great restaurants, bars, and shops. The front desk ladies at check in were very nice, professional, and accommodating.

I stayed here for my birthday and thought the price was too good to be true at first because you never know what you'll get with boutique hotels but I was so impressed with the cleanliness and how nice everything was. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Chicago!

Over priced with not enough amenities. No mini fridge, no microwave, room lighting was horrible, when you take a shower too much water gets on the floor, no problem with the staff. The overall space of the place was just too compact from the lobby to the elevator to the hall way to even getting in your room good everything was just too tight. Only gave us one robe when it was 2 guest the leg was broken for the desk that was in the room which it fell and landed on my girlfriend’s foot. Not to mention as a refreshing beverage they chose cheap sparkling water. Breakfast was tasteless place was clean and staff was nice but that building itself horrible I will never be back
