Great location right on the Miracle Mile. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Room was pretty basic. The hotel looks a touch outdated and could use a renovation. Pretty loud at night with traffic on Michigan Avenue.

But here’s the thing, I don’t mind old buildings but if the room telephone don’t work, that’s a problem for me, coupled by a rude person from the Reception desk when I called using my own phone to communicate the problem. Hotel is centrally located to all points of interest, very clean and comfortable. Staff did enter our room while we were sleeping in the morning. I assume to perhaps clean, but a caliber of this hotel should know when guests have checked out… yes it was well prior to check out time.
