Crack motel

Completely scammed. Was shown a picture of a king suite with a hot tub, when I showed up it took 45 mins for the rude front desk lady to find my itenarary, I had to call hotels.com and have them call her to walk her through it, then she had a condescending tone the entire time and said it was my fault the room wasn’t the same as the picture somehow smh;

The property is good for the cost. Clean and decent. Coffee ever morning but it goes fast Its in a good location near places to eat and Walgreens.

Not my favorite!

The stay was not the worst stay I’ve ever had, but it was a far cry from the best. The hot water was cold and the cold water was hot. The tv satellite went out and the staff seemed unwilling to aid and/or assist and the “manager on duty” was apparently not “on duty” as the phone number on the card for the manager on duty, and the manager was the same number, and the young man told me that it would ring the front desk (where I was standing)! In all, the experience left much to be desired!

I assumed I was getting a room for one guest but I was wrong. If I had known the roaches were staying there I wouldn’t have interrupted their home. I mean I could have just paid for my share of the room in food and not cash being roaches don’t know anything about money. Disgusting

Disappointing Experience- Do Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was immediately hit with a strong odor of urine throughout the property, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. The hotel itself was dirty, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. Additionally, the management was incredibly inflexible, showing little concern for guest satisfaction. I chose not to stay at the property, and left within 10 mins. Management was yet again inflexible and refused to reimburse payment. To top it off, the surrounding area felt unsafe, which only added to my discomfort. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodations. This place fell far below basic expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I left my baby yoda onesie in the bathroom and housekeeping stole my property I’m very upset because that item had sentimental value I even left a two dollar tip for them just to steal clothing!
