This is a great affordable gem right off Michigan Ave. The staff are friendly. I got some great food recs. Wilberry has amazing breakfast! The only downside is the noise. I will definitely stay here again. I will just make sure I have my ear plugs. I don't think you can get a quiet hotel if you want the convenience of walking.

We got to the hotel early , the 2 ladies at check in desk were very nice and helpful . They checked our bags and told us to come back after 2 pm and early check-in may be available . We were able to check -in early . When we got to our room ( my husband , 12 yr old granddaughter and myself ) The room was clean but super tiny , this made it very uncomfortable even though we weren’t spending a lot of time in room . My husband could barely squeeze between the wall and bed to get into bed . It was quiet we were asleep until 2am when the guests in next room got in and were very loud it sounded like they were having a party if their room was as small as ours I’m not sure how that could be . This went on until at least 5am . So it kept us awake . This happened both nights of our stay . While we were there I was looking on hotel website and the room would have been cheaper to book it direct through hotel . I learned a big lesson there .

Our room was a great size. We had a double king room. Everything was very clean and the staff were all so friendly. Multiple staff had some great food recommendations and booked a taxi for us back to the airport. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The guests were loud and inconsiderate around midnight!!! Elevator is way too slow and small for a hotel of this size. Location is the best thing about this hotel. AC works well too!

Property is a smaller building in downtown Chicago. Room was clean and easy to get to. The room was spacious but the bathroom was smaller than normal. Property is located near food, parking (it’s expensive but it’s downtown Chicago).
