Beautiful old building set-up as a b&b guest house. Breakfast was really good with fresh produce. This is not a hotel with hotel amenities, for anyone that is expecting that. Great local pub too.

Many thanks Steven. You are correct, we are a guest house and not a hotel. We provide more facilities and services than a B&B and not quite as many as a hotel.

A wonderful place.

Pros: We liked the hosts who were helpful but not intrusive, we also loved the room and the comfy bed.

Location: There were lots of places to visit nearby . parking was available on site which was important to us.

We booked a three day break and would have liked to stay for longer! Our room was at the top of the building and was lovely and quiet, we were met by Heather and had tea and ginger ale before settling into our room. Bottled water and biscuits were available and milk in a flask ensured we had a regular supply of tea. Breakfast was between 7:30-9:00 and was well cooked with plenty of choices. The room was tidied each day and milk, biscuits and tea bags were topped up. Heather and Patrick were wonderful hosts and we would certainly recommend them to others.
