This is definitely a conference hotel and with over 400 rooms can get busy and noisy. Food average in the evening - Breakfast very good but you are left to your own devices to work out where everything is. Avoid rooms 102 & 104 which are directly outside the public bathrooms so all you can hear are the hand dryers at all times of the day. These rooms are also for physically disadvantaged - the bathrooms could do with more tlc.

very clean and tidy, lovely staff, lovely quiet setting, beutiful pool& spa facilities. main issues: cold cooked breakfast or lukewarm on cold plates. Moved from room 157- as fire exit doors(2 sets) despite stating alarmed, they weren't so other guest and staff using them as a shortcut to reception, constantly slamming
