The construction remodeling seems to be close to completion. The upgrades are fabulous, modern furnishings, beautiful carpet and tile! The work out room and pool area are first class. The front desk crew are always happy, informative and constantly paying attention to details.

This is a great hotel outside of downtown Coeur D'alene. Convenient access to the freeway. It was going through a remodel while we visited. Carpet was brand new and the room was clean and updated. Great place to stay.

Well as I entered the lobby naturally Anaka was there to greet me with her bodacious smile and informing me my favorite room was available and was ready! Check in took forever because hotels.com forgot to send the reservation to the hotel. Hotel is under construction. All furniture was old and stained in lobby. Normally I love Hampton inn and try to stay there. This was over priced for a well worn property.
