Nice clean hotel with delicious bar food. Noisy in morning with bin lorry and maintenance on rooms next door

I foyer was very dull, didn't see a armchair or couch in our room or foyer. Bar food was excellent and breakfast was good.

Good modern hotel, convenient location

Pros: General attentiveness and responsiveness of staff: there was a minor issue with the toilet flush one morning, and they had it sorted within an hour.
Cons: The bar snacks were generally excellent, but the croutons on our Cesar salad were soft. This could be addressed easily by the kitchen, I would think.
Location: Very central location in easy walking distance of the historic areas, and close to the main road (N25) in and out of the city. Do the Crystal tour.
Stayed three nights as a base to explore the south coast of Ireland, and we can recommend it from the point of view of tourists. The room was clean and had everything, the staff were helpful and pleasant, the location was central but made it easy to drive out of town. If we wanted to visit Waterford again we wouldn't hesitate to go back. One downside: as a disabled traveller, I had asked for an accessible room and this was provided straightforwardly, but I would point out that the toilet seat was inconveniently high. I am 160 cm tall, which is short for an adult man, but not for a child or a woman, especially an older woman who is more likely to be disabled, and I had difficulty using it: my feet didn't come near to touching the floor.

Sisters' weekend

The hotel is well situated, close to shops restaurants and pubs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and bar food was varied and tasty. I will definately visit again.

5 Sisters' weeke d aeay

We had a sisters' weemend away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The value we got was fantastic! We will definately ne back

A ''business trip'' with family

The hotel is located in the city center, arrived very late and managed to get the last parking space available. The room was big (familty) but the double bed a bit too small and bed pretty soft: it also did not feel really properly cleaned (or maybe a bit outdated ?). Breakfast was good.
