We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights and certainly will be promoting Urban Loft Cologne to our family & friends. It is very convenient to city centre & train station. The facility of access to free water & the security of the place also ranked very high with us, especially the room key working in the lift. (this was a new experience to us). Breakfast was of a high standard too. We loved the decor of the place, making it very relaxing. One suggested addition to the room could be a phone with access to reception in case of an emergency. Thank you again for a lovely experience in Urban Loft Cologne.

We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again.

Comfortable hotel near the Dom and restaurants with a gym. Air conditioning in the room didn't really do much especially for how warm it was. Comfortable bed and smart TV.

Lovely stay

Very comfy and cute room. Great location. Lobby was so nice, terrace was great, and breakfast was really good. The staff was incredibly nice as well. Only minor negative was our room key didn't work that well on the elevator. We saw another guest struggle with it as well.

Had a limited view of the cathedral spire from the 2nd floor; nice urban landscape view. Really good spacious shower and a modern smart TV. Very clean hotel in every area. Will hold bags free of charge on day of check-out. Convenient location 5 mins down the road from cathedral.
