No free meals here!

As a Hilton Honors client, I look forward to staying at their many locations. Big problem with this one though!! They nickel and dime everything they do! For example, a continental breakfast isn't free to their honors reward members and it cost $10.50 for just juice, fruit or even toast. That's excessive. Now if your looking for a hot breakfast it's even more. Eggs, hot potatoes and bacon runs $13 - $18, totally ridiculous.

Poor service

For a 4-star hotel, this establishment did not offer a hot breakfast and did not have a cook. The water pressure was extremely low, causing each of us to take two hours to shower. They even charged for a continental breakfast, which is typically offered for free at most hotels. The rooms are not particularly spacious, and the restrooms are quite small. They provide very few towels, and their service has declined.

I liked that I could open the windows slightly for some fresh air. I did not like that housekeeping was only offered every other day. I don't recall seeing it posted anywhere prior to my booking. Since i was only there for 2 nights it was disappointing.

Look further before staying here. The check-in girl was the best part. A convenient location to the hospital is nice. If a person is having surgery early the following morning and came from out of town to spend the night, expecting a nice laid out room with a relaxing shower; may not happen.
