The pool and hot tub area were not clean. My daughter got a fungal infection (rash) from the hot tub. When I called to let staff know about yheir hot tub, the lady did not care and hung up on me. The staff was not friendly upon arrival or at valet for the $32 parking. The staff could not find an extra bath towel for our room, either.

Its not the easiest parking, but the city is right there and very walkable. May not feel the safest if you were traveling alone as the lobby is on the 2nd floor.
