I arrive at 11:00pm to find out that the Air Conditioning is out for the entire hotel. Never got a call or email even though I am Lifetime Gold Elite and they have my contact details in my profile. Travelocity is ZERO HELP - it takes five phone calls before they agree to book me into another hotel for the second night of my stay. I wind up spending the night in an 83 degree room and Travelocity has the nerve to try and charge me for that night. I get up the next morning to find both elevators are broken. This hotel is poorly maintained and poorly managed. And I will never use Travelocity again due to their poor customer service. So tired of being transferred to a call center in India and hearing kids screaming in the background.

Wry accommodating for our stay while in the area - the breakfast options were plentiful and the common areas were clean and well maintained. The $10 parking fee added to our reservation was a surprise, however.

The hotel was extreamly nice and clean. The continental breakfast was excellent. Check in was fast and easy. Now the bad, The guest check in people said that I can have Have a millitary discount as Im a veteran. They even said that my rate was high. Then when checking out, a new guest checkout person said that they could not do anything about the discount. That the managers looked into it but could not give it to me. A bunch of garbage. Why say you would, then do noting?? I guess it was a inconvenieence to even try.

Solid stay

The hotel itself is nice and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. My only issue was the breakfast. The food was dry and not very tasty.
