The room is not very accommodating and the shower space is super tiny, we had to use all our towels to dry the bathroom floor after taking shower every single time. Breakfast was great, and the hotel has a great location.

Roommate ok in size and great location. Hearing people Thumping up and down on the stairs was not great and the teeny tiny shower cubicle with a shower curtain and flooding floor wasn’t great. Water pressure when flushing the loo was poor.

Very convenient location by the train station. Reception very nice, staff are great. The rooms are a bit dated and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. For a double bed you get 2 slim duvets. Fine for a quick stay as a solo traveller but I wouldn’t really recommend for a longer romantic stay. But for the price it was fine.

Well situated near the Central Station and not far from Tivoli. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit basic and noisy - could hear gentleman in next room snoring! Communal areas very Christmasy and tastefully decorated.

Good location, but room was a little shabby and the shower was just a drain with a shower curtain around it. Breakfast was good but the attendant stared at me the whole time thinking I was going to steal food or something while I was preparing a sandwich for my husband who was on his way down - very off putting!

Room was a little small, could of done with more of clean with bits on the carpet. Shower was very small as well in the bathroom and the shower itself was poor, low volume of water coming through. Great location to the train station though, 3-4 min walk away so convenient, but as with most hotels in Copenhagen they generally have small rooms. Breakfast we good and the ammenities are also good

Breakfast choices good. Gets quite busy at weekends but staff manage well. Keep on top of cleaning everything. We had a room over the front door and very very noisy from the street one night with bins or lorries. The rooms facing courtyard might be quieter. Very convenient locations. Cosy hotel. Bathroom could have been a bit better...sink didn't really drain at all and no way to control temperature in bathroom so room was like a sauna. All in all a lovely hotel, cosy, friendly staff and very convenient location. Would stay again.
