The Hotel Bethel was a fabulous little hotel in the heart of Nyhavn - the rooms were austerely stylish and comfortable, the location can’t be beat, and the staff were lovely. I can’t wait to return.

My stay here was excellent from start to finish. The property is exceptionally clean, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and well cared for. The location is outstanding—situated in a walkable area with plenty to explore nearby, and just minutes from multiple public transportation options, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive; they went out of their way to ensure guests felt welcome and supported. Altogether, this is a place that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, and I would be happy to return on a future visit.

The property is conveniently located near the metro. The friendly staff held our backpacks for us since we arrived early and notified the morning staff that we needed to have breakfast prior to the 7:00 opening in order to get to the airport. The place has an interesting history posted in the basement and you can request to see the original church which the hotel is built around. I wish we had time to see it. Overall, this is a nice clean hotel.

This is a very nice hotel and it is in a great location with perfect views of the canal. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has luggage’s storage available if you happen to need it before checking in or after checking out. We did notice a cobweb or two in the corner of the room near the high ceiling, but the room was beautiful beyond that and the bathroom was very clean.

Historic property, in excellent condition. Helpful staff and great location. Lifts and levels are the only aspect that some might find an issue, but the nature of the building makes this unavoidable. Would happily stay again.
