Great stay

Very comfortable stay. Good access to public transport, and also easily walkable to the city centre. Good for access to metro for the Royal Arena. Twin room on the 13th floor had excellent views, with adequate space for both of us. Bathroom well appointed. Room got quite warm and no apparent air con/ventilation - other than a window which can be opened, but not suitable to keep open at night due to road noise. Overall would recommend, and would stay again.

Very nice hotel everything was clean and in good working order. The only problem is it was not possible to adjust the temperature inside. I would have liked it a little cooler.

Loved our stay. So convenient for the 5C bus into central Copenhagen & the metro at Islands Brygge. Shower power was a bit weak but lovely and spacious. Good for my wife who is disabled and needs to use a stool. Wheelchair access great. Comfortable and classy foyer/lounge area.zThank you for a wonderful stay.

Noticeable difference in staff attitudes in the week to weekend. First room had a broken toilet, moved to new room that had broken AC, but we are not complainers usually, so opened the window which was quite noisy at night, even on the 23rd floor. Lovely views on the even number rooms side though. Breakfast was nice but very expensive. Recommend the Blue Elephant Thai restaurant, as service & food was lovely. Convenient for the Metro, about a 5 min walk past the Q8 garage, where you can also pick up snacks & drinks.

Great hotel

Great stay.. not as central as some places but it was not too difficult to get around! Food was expensive at the hotel but the hotel was great.. free wine hours every night whilst we were there too!
