The room was ok, there was no storage, enough counter space. The room we got was the lowest one. When you open the curtains there’s nothing to see just a big wall in front of the window. But we didn’t mind because we were out mostly. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. We went Friday night and checked out Sunday morning. Saturday morning was awful because the food attendant made rude remarks. We didn’t bother going for breakfast Sunday morning. Food & drinks I gave 2 stars for the service as breakfast time there was a lady who was standing by the food and yelled at us that we need to close the lid once we are done which I understand but there were 4 people behind me and they had already picked up the tongs to get the food. It would have been rude of me to close it while they are getting food. Then she said I guess I need to stand here and have a TRANSLATOR with me for some people (us). The whole day it upset me my dad and my kids felt mistreated. Noteworthy details I’m sure I am not the 1 st one who felt that way. The guy at the end of the line felt to answer her and said I will close it since I am the last in line. She even yelled at a small boy for dropping things on the floor. And the dad felt intimidated to correct him in front of her. Everyone was polite but her. I wouldn’t go again to this hotel, it was supposed to be a family thing but my kids and dad were very uncomfortable throughout.

The room was really clean and welcoming. Im glad to see an ATM machine in the lobby. We didnt have to run to the store or find our own bank. The only negative commwnt would be that the ice machine wasnt qorkimg on our floor, floor 5. But it wasnt a big deal as we were able to go down a floor to get some. Overall it was a great stay.

The room and the property were very clean. I’m not usually a fan of hotels since I prefer being at home, but I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly, and the location was convenient for both shopping and the event we attended. The rodeo is also right next door and runs every weekend during the season, which is a fun option if you’re looking for something nearby to do. My only complaint was the bed, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve slept on and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.
