Rooms with no working air! Very uncomfortable! 👎

I don't care how cold it is outside. I want my room to be cool when I sleep, not blowing warm air because the front desk said something about the chillers on the roof not working (whatever that means). Their solution....provide a box fan, if available...none left when I was there, or in their words...."Just turn off the thermostat". I would expect this from some dump of a motel, not a Holiday Inn Express that is almost completely renovated. Won't stay here again.

Quite disappointing stay

Over the course of my five-day stay, I had to change rooms four times due to the following issues: A non-working heater, A non-working heater with no hot water, A working heater and hot water but a damaged TV, Finally, a room where everything was functioning correctly. While I appreciate the staff who assisted with these issues, it is hard to overlook the inconvenience of moving rooms three times and the high number of problems encountered. Additionally, my coworker, who was staying in a separate room, faced several issues as well. She had to change rooms twice due to non-functioning hot water from the second day of her stay. Furthermore, her new room was not fully cleaned upon arrival, and even after it was cleaned, a used towel from a previous guest was left hanging in the bathroom. To further complicate matters, I was misled by both the front desk personnel and the General Manager, who informed me that two nights from both of my reservations would be comped. Unfortunately, I later discovered that only two nights of one of the two stays were comped, not as I was told. These issues not only reflect poorly on the hotel's operations but also demonstrate a lack of attention to detail and clear communication. I am disappointed with how my stay was handled and, especially, with the misleading information provided by the General Manager.

Nice comfortable bed

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would stay here again just to sleep in the bed. Pretty clean for the most part. The tile floor felt like it hasn’t been cleaned. The faucet had no pressure but the shower had great pressure. Other than that I would rate it a 4 1/2 out if 5.

Told us they had shuttle service twice and then no shuttle service at that hotel at the time we had to leave for the airport. We even called down to confirm the night before.

Nice and quiet

Staff were friendly; the hotel was clean and inviting. Breakfast was very good: loved the turkey sausages and cinnamon rolls! The room was spacious and clean. Staff was accommodating; they still cleaned my room even though I didn’t leave out until after noontime, and they allowed me to checkout an hour later than normal. Yes, I would stay again. The only negative is there aren’t many restaurants around but it’s a quiet area.
