I didn’t get the room I picked. Very disappointed it was a queen and a sleeper sofa. I picked 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. And the room felt old. Bathroom was small.

The check in process was quick and easy. The beds were really comfortable. The shower does mot really get hot. It only goes up to a certain temperature. It is in a great location and close to the stadium.

Ordered a crib. It wasnt in the room. Took over an hour to get one. That one was broken. Next one took about an hour to get which was good. Expected more being a hyatt hotel but it lacked alot of amenities. The lady checking us in was great. But being a game weekend i think she could have used some help

Not much to choose from with the breakfast menu. Our room had some red stuff all on the carpet that looks like it could have been vaccumed up, so i am not sure how often rooms get vaccumed.

This hotel is close to ATT Stadium but too far and inconvenient to walk. The room was very clean. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was good with pancakes, yogurt, fruit, eggs, ham/sausage, oatmeal, cereal, etc. The room didn't have a microwave but the breakfast area had a very tiny one for anyone to use (popcorn). The pool was gross. It looked more like a duck pond. My kids did not want to get in. We would stay here again but don't plan on swimming.

The elevator had missing parts to the floor, so it’s very dangerous to walk on and off of it. I was gonna feel like my kids were gonna fall. Also, there was holes in the tiles on the way to the elevator. Staff was great. Breakfast was a little bit on the burnt side and dry housekeeping came by did their job wonderful job and they gave us fresh pressed towels

Highly disappointed! Property has seen better days. Breakfast was not like all other Hyatt Places I've stayed at, options were minimal and very small, chaotic breakfast room and counter... Room furniture and shower very out dated and beat up, for the over $200 night fee. Will not recommend this property.
